What to Wear: New Years Eve

I am so excited to finally get to shop for New Year's Eve outfits! It's always refreshing to reflect on the year, say goodbye, and ring in the new year with loved ones. Overall, 2016 was a great year for me. I learned some tough lessons, but in hindsight, they've only made me a stronger person. I am ready to say goodbye to 2016, and excited for what 2017 might have in store for me! Cheesy, yes I know. My plans actually aren't set yet, so I decided to purchase a few outfits! Naturally, I want to be ready to tackle every type of celebration. In blogger fashion, I took this as an opportunity for a fun photo shoot!

This first look is for more for a fancy New Years Eve dinner party! I have been digging the off the shoulder trend all year ,and I immediately saw this dress and fell in love. Of course, I was drawn to the gold, but I also loved the pattern and overlay. There is also a train which made me feel so chic! The material is very soft and of course hugs all the right places! Did I mention it has a train?!

My second look is catered towards a long night out on the town. The first thing I look for when I'm going out dancing and knowing I'll be on my feet most of the night is comfort. I've always been jealous of tall, skinny girls that can easily wear jumpsuits. Jumpsuits and rompers are always the hardest pieces of clothing for me to shop for me due to having a short torso and short legs. I recently found that ASOS has so many jumpsuits that come in petite!! It literally felt like Christmas Day when I found this out! Now, I can wear jumpsuits without them being so long! I love this particular one, because the embellishments are so detailed and gorgeous. The high neck is so elegant, but my favorite part, is the mesh see through back!

I hope you enjoyed these outfit options and become inspired to chose the perfect NYE outfit yourself! All of these looks are ridiculously affordable, and I've linked the exact pieces below. I also shared a few of my other favorite jumpsuits and gold dresses for the occasion. Comment below and tell me which look is your favorite, because I'm having a serious case of indecisiveness with what to wear for New Year's Eve! Happy shopping!
